This notice describes information handled in connection with metabolicreset.pro, published under the Metabolic Reset Blueprint brand, operated from Brazil. For privacy questions and requests, contact support@metabolicreset.pro.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any purchase details you include. We use this information to answer your request, resolve access issues and assist with purchases or refunds.
This website does not ask you to create an account, submit a health questionnaire or enter card details into a form hosted by us. Do not include medical records or full payment-card details in support messages.
Purchases through ClickBank
The purchase buttons take you to ClickBank, which operates the checkout and processes your payment. ClickBank may make order and contact details available to us so we can provide product access and support. Its handling of payment information, cookies and transaction data is described in the ClickBank Privacy Policy.
Website visits and external services
When your browser requests a page or file, the service delivering it receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. Hosting and security services may use request logs to deliver the website, diagnose problems and protect it from misuse.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those font resources. Google's handling of information is described in its privacy policy.
Referral and campaign attribution
Our sales pages use ClickBank's attribution script. ClickBank describes its referral tracking as using link identifiers, cookies and device information to associate a purchase with a referring affiliate. See ClickBank's explanation and its privacy policy for details.
A campaign label in a link may also be carried from an article to an offer and then to ClickBank to help us identify which campaign a purchase came from. This site's campaign-label code does not itself store that label in a cookie or in your browser's local storage.
We have not installed Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Analytics on these pages. This does not prevent external services, including ClickBank and platforms you visit before or after this site, from handling data under their own policies.
Use, sharing and retention
Information used for support and order fulfillment may be handled by the services that provide checkout, website delivery and email. We may also need to disclose information to comply with applicable legal obligations or respond to a payment dispute.
Support and order-related information is retained for as long as needed to answer requests, fulfill purchases, handle refunds and disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
